Love Potion

Me : Can you take this guy away ? Some place far ! I don't need this right now.

Voice : What happened ?

Me : I am so angry and disturbed right now. He is totally wrong to do this. All he needs to do is get this simple job done and I know he is letting his big ego come in the way and my work is getting delayed. I have been very patient with him.

Voice : So, you want me to help ?

Me : Yes !

Voice : Alright. Lets discuss how we can change our response to this and...

Me : I don't want to change anything about me ! Just get him to disappear from my life ! Can you do that ?

Voice : How can I vanish him when it was Me who placed him in your life in the first place ?

Me : You ???

Voice : Yes, its always Me.

Me : So now this is good of me ? You like me getting angry, hateful, anxious and frustrated ?

Voice : No, I don't want you to feel like this.

Me : I dont understand...what do you want me to do now ? You know clearly he is unfair, mean and has nothing to do with spirituality.

Voice : I know. He was hand-picked by Me and I placed him in your life for an important reason. He will help you remove layers of undesirable aspects within you. The only way I can do that is when I succeed in finding just the right personality to move into your life and at regular intervals to challenge you to respond either out of hate, anger, fear, anxiety, jealousy, envy, insecurity or out of Love.

Me : And what about failing at work ??

Voice : The only real failure is failing to respond with Love.

Me : So, you okay with me if I become a total loser, but I respond with Love to all these clowns and circus around me ?

Voice : Only the most fortunate one will be a total loser. Where loss will be his highest gain. Where Love will be the only motivation, only fuel, only response, only hope, only longing and only direction for him. He would have known that everything around him is just training him to respond from the premise of Love.

Its is Love that has the power. Its is Love that is antidote to hatred. Its is Love that heals. It is Love that fulfils all of us. Its is Love that the world needs. Its is Love the solves all difficulties. Love and Love alone.

When we fail to operate out of Love, we strengthen the grip of false over us. We see separateness instead of oneness, we feel inadequacy instead of abundance, we embrace fear instead of faith.

I want you to grow towards Love which is true strength. The road is uneasy, but I am with you each time you take the courage to win others with Love. Where there is Love, my presence is felt and you are always protected. Everything may fail but Love never fails.

So, each time you face a person or a situation that challenges you to use the lower qualities of hate, revenge, lust, envy, pride, greed, judgement - think of it as game that I am playing with you. And each time you transcend the lower qualities, I promise to celebrate our victory together - 'Victory of Love' - that binds us all together !

Me : Phew! Thats gonna be tough. I was raised all these years with a very different mindset of self-preservation, protection, distrust and separateness; this is gonna take a huge change in my thinking.

Voice :  That change takes only a moment. Remember - the only real failure is when we fail to operate out of Love.    
 
Me : Lets get started ! I am selling love potions...anyone ?
