Feeling Fortunate, God Lover ?

Voice : So, you feel you are fortunate that you have a deep connection with Divinity?
Me : Yes
Voice : And, the others are less fortunate?
Me : Sounds like I am in for some serious chat here ...
Voice : You were speaking to a friend the other day and he had to abruptly excuse himself to observe Namaz.
Me : Ya..
Voice : So, I know each thought and feeling that went into your head, when he excused himself to offer prayers. It is true that God is love and it is only love that draws the seeker closer to God.

Seeking Divinity through empty rites or ritualistic prayers done out of fear or mechanical exercises is a barren approach. You know this and your mind spiralled into thinking how your friend was unaware, unawakened and distant from the Path. Your pride was tickled into believing your closeness to Divinity over the other. It resides deep within you and you are unaware of harbouring it.

You know that just call from your heart can get My attention and therefore any other so-called dogmas are only a part of lives of 'unfortunate' souls.
Me : Well…

Voice : But, you overlooked that it was True to him. And, therefore I am True to him. He may not understand Me completely today, but that's unimportant to Me. I understand him, for I know his tomorrow.

I know the sincerity and honesty in his prayers. Irrespective of whatever he is busy with, whoever may be around him or wherever he may be, he halts his entire world to offer his Namaz. He has found a way to break his day five times daily, to halt the force of the false pull of the world and remember the Almighty. None can ever question the expression of a pouring heart and the means used for it.

Detachment from constant assessment of others in their spiritual journey, is imperative for your own progress. It's not uncommon, for those treading the early spiritual path to form constant judgements in the mind of where everyone stands with their spiritual evolution and use that to gauge one's own closeness to Divinity.

Me : Oh

Voice : I am quite sure I don't belong only to a 'Gang of God-Lovers' and 'Spiritual Seekers'. That is to belittle My Love and Infinity.

I am for all - Equally. How will you ever understand that a part of My working includes veiling My Ownself from man ?

Me : Hmm

Voice : Your strong and self-created identity of 'God-Lover' is your own binding

In contrast, your friend who is immersed in rituals is free as he is detached from any labels, ideas, spiritual progress or rewards. Being true to himself, he lives with an honest heart.

Remember, once you identify yourself as a Seeker or Lover of God, you also create 'Non-Seekers' in your mind. It is bound to silently creep into your being.

Me : I don't want that. What do you suggest I must do ?

Voice : You have to believe the whole world is moving together towards God - in its own way. There cannot be any distinction of the right or wrong Path as there exists nothing like a Path. You have conjured the idea of a 'Path' to create your own distinctions, when the Truth is only a matter of unveiling layers of Self. The false idea of 'The Path' can make you pretentiously pious when you are not, and judge a maverick while he may be closest to the Truth.

To build communities, groups, speak and hold gatherings in the name of God, you have to be ever conscious of the fact that you don't nurture feelings of separateness and divisions from rest of the people and take subtle delight in it.

How can you afford to miss the idea of unity if your friends and family choose to worship a stone idol in a temple, pray in a mosque, visit church for a Sunday mass, observe fasts, attend healing workshops, walk barefeet to a tomb, make pilgrimages to shrines, climb mountains to search for God, or even totally disbelieve in His existence ?

Me : Hmm..

Voice : The illusion of duality is tricky and it often uses a back-door entry especially for 'God-Lovers' and 'Spiritual Seekers' to magnify separateness and invisible prideYou share a greater responsibility to weed out judgement, differentiation and opinions in your own mind before you can be the Light yourself.

Remember, that each journey to Me is crafted by Me alone. I am most eager for you to find Me.

It is good to feel fortunate, but how you use this good fortune is of great importance

If everyone is equidistant from Me, then believe it's only a matter of turning the key.

Weren't you an atheist, few years ago ?
